return & refund policy
We guarantee the quality, purity, and efficact of our product, and will refund you the full amount of the product if you are not satisfied.
There is no need to return any product you receive from us. See the results of our expertly formulated chondroitin supplements for yourself, with confidence and peace of mind.

Refund requests will be processed within 2-5 business days of submission. Full refunds are only guaranteed within 45 days after your order is fulfilled. After the 45-day period, please submit a request explaining your dissatisfaction and we will grant full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
SHIPPING policy
Orders submitted before 5PM PST/8PM EST, Monday-Friday will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for a tracking number to be provided.
All retail orders that are shipped within the United States – except to Alaska and Hawaii over $50.00 – receive “Ground” shipping at a flat rate.
All retail orders that are shipped within the United States – except to Alaska and Hawaii – will receive free “Ground” shipping.
All other retail orders will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of the parcel.
Expedited shipping is an option available at checkout, for an additional shipping fee.
We currently do not ship outside of the USA.
